This information is provided pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 “General Data Protection Regulation” (known as GDPR).
The newsletter (which allows you to stay updated on the initiatives promoted by Promemoria s.r.l. with reference to all its brands, receiving communications 1 relating to exhibitions, displays, meetings and other cultural events organized or supported by the Data Controller) is sent via email to those who request it by filling out the appropriate forms during events or trade shows or the form on the website(s), and authorizing the Data Controller to process their data.
The provision of data is optional: however, refusal to provide it will make it impossible to send you the newsletter.

2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
The personal data you provide is used for the sole purpose of sending the requested informational communications, the newsletter.
3. CATEGORIES OF DATA COLLECTED
Contact data: name, surname, email address.
The IT systems and software procedures used to operate the website acquire, during their normal operation, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by Users connecting to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful completion, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.
This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. Personal data collected through browsing the website will not be communicated or disseminated.

5. METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing of personal data, understood as collection, registration, organization, storage, processing, modification, cancellation and destruction or the combination of two or more of these operations, is carried out using manual, computerized and telematic tools, including automated methods, with logic strictly related to the stated purposes and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data and for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.
The data is processed in accordance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, relevance and non-excessiveness with respect to the purposes of collection and subsequent processing.
6. DATA RETENTION
The personal data we collect is stored at our headquarters in Turin and at the data processing facilities managed by third-party companies we rely on to host our website or to send the newsletter, designated as Data Processors.
In any case, the data will not be transferred or stored outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
The data will be kept for the entire duration of your subscription to the newsletter. After this period, as well as in the event of termination of the service, the data will be destroyed immediately, compatibly with backup procedures.
